Traveling Bridge Laborer

We are seeking a Laborer to join our bridge crew to support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power toolsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipmentCollaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project successDrive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practicesOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in construction or related industry preferredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditionsBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to follow directions and work independently or as part of a teamEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
