Details below:Recent cases span everything from celebrity defense in headline-making trials, to multimillion-dollar contract disputes in the entertainment industry, to groundbreaking intellectual property appeals. One week you might be drafting a brief on a cutting-edge IP issue, the next you’re prepping a key witness for a high-profile trial. It’s the kind of work that gets reported in the news, and you’ll be a critical part of it.All associates operate as true generalists, meaning you won’t be pigeonholed; you’ll handle a mix of trial and appellate work across diverse areas.Culture-wise, this firm is tight-knit and dynamic. The partners are ex-BigLaw heavyweights (including a former SCOTUS clerk and a former BigLaw NY practice head) who have built a team that’s collegial, mentorship-focused, and laser-focused on excellence. They’ve cultivated a reputation for being fearless in court and creative in strategy, and they’ve got the awards to show for it (think top boutique rankings and trial-of-the-year honors).
