Job Summary Tech Support Computer Repair helps people with their computers. People come to us stressed out because coffee got dumped in their laptop, or a toddler jammed a penny into a USB port. Utilizing a discovery checklist, our Bench Techs get to the bottom of the problem, and recommend a course of action. A successful candidate has the following qualities: Experience with Linux, Mac, and Window O.S Comfortable using a screwdriver Good eyesight can manage small screws under pressure Problem Solving skills Communication with Teammates Read for answers, strong note taking abilties, ask for help Follow directions... Collecting data and information and typing into databases. Drug and Alcohol testing will be required for this position. If you do drugs you can't work here we will test you. (weed counts) Duties Include: Disassemble and Reassemble Laptops Experience troubleshooting, and installing motherboards Ability to troubleshoot and test various models of computers, and tablets Must have strong computer repair background and customer service skills. Install OS, and other software on devises Update SalesForce with case notes Qualifications and Skills High school diploma required Experience with SalesForce a plus Friendly and courteous at all times Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills Use consistent good judgment Ability to read, understands, and follow oral and written instruction Ability to explain technology in an easily understood manner Job Requirements: · Reliable transportation and reliable schedule to work shift hours. · Multitasks and prioritizes in a fast-paced environment. · Works a flexible schedule including some holidays and weekends. · Must pass Drug/Alcohol testing, and be subject to random screening during employment.'
