Role description Technical Program Manager Lead I - Software Engineering You Are We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Technical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will participate in the full software development lifecycle while ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule. The opportunity Software Development Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and enterprise applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery. Work with databases to design, optimize, and maintain data models. Support deployment activities and production issue resolution. Project Coordination: Coordinate software development activities across development, QA, product, and business teams. Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and progress reports. Identify project risks and proactively communicate mitigation plans. Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards. What you need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in software development with exposure to project coordination. Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or .NET. Experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET Core. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles. Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle). Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools. Scrum Master certification, PMP, or Agile certification is a plus. Exposure to software release management. Knowledge of SDLC, QA processes, and software testing methodologies. Experience working with geographically distributed teams. Location & Compensation Role Location: Remote-US Compensation Range: $75,000 - $113,000 per year Benefits Full-time employees accrue paid vacation, paid sick leave, holidays, and eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
