The ideal candidate works well with others and alone. Attention to detail is a must. This position maintains medical and office supply inventory across the entire campus. This includes ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing products and supplies. The individual manages physical inventory by accepting shipments and stocking storage rooms and medical supply closets, with some computer activity required to track usage of supplies. This position is in person, full-time day shift.SHIFT: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM (This position is Mon-Fri only, please select weekend availability on application)Some Functions IncludeReceiving and tracking procurement packages daily Issue items based upon requests from various departments Stock supply rooms and medical supply closetsOrder medical and office suppliesAssist with tracking and maintaining storage space for the facilityJob SpecificationsMust be high school graduate or equivalent. Must communicate fluently in English. Computer literate.
