Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, preparation, and serving processes Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain smooth operations Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments like fine dining restaurants or nightclubs Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Previous experience in restaurant service, host/hostess roles, or food industry settings preferred but not required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
