Your attention to detail, urgency, and teamwork directly impact our customers, our sales team, and the success of every project were a part of.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload incoming and outgoing products with care and accuracyMove products throughout the warehousePull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery and will callIdentify, label, and organize products to maintain accurate inventory and efficient flowPack and load products securely to ensure safe transportOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacksPerform and report cycle counts to support inventory accuracyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentFollow all warehouse safety rules and guidelines at all timesDelivery & Team SupportAssist as a backup delivery driver to homes, businesses, and job sites as neededSupport delivery routes by loading, verifying, and preparing ordersAssist as a backup picker for sales orders and walk-in will call customersCommunicate clearly with team members to keep operations running smoothlyTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support the teamWhat You'll BringStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy13 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferredAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningForklift certification is preferredValid drivers license required with a clean driving recordTeam-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where neededAbility to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervisionComfortable using computers and warehouse software requiredAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift 6070 lbs. regularlyHigh school diploma or equivalent*Pre-employment drug and background screening requiredWhy Youll Love Working With UsAt Chariot, this isnt a stay in your lane role, youll be part of a team that works together to get the job done right.Stay Active & Engaged: You wont be stuck doing the same thing every day.
