Nurse Practitioner Palliative CPOM

OverviewEmpatia Palliative Care is looking for a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to care for our patients in the Denver, CO area.The Nurse Practitioner Palliative Care facilitates palliative care for Empatia Palliative Care patients, ensuring a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan, while demonstrating excellent clinical skills and ethical, relevant judgment. Provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up under the direction of the Palliative Medical Director (if required under State law).+ NP Licensure - Colorado+ DEA Licensure - with experience writing for pain and symptom management+ Hospice/Palliative Care experience preferredCompensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate's location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.
