Also, unique to Dental Hygiene is a full service, patient-centered clinic; the SOA must communicate with the administrative staff within the on-site clinic to maintain a seamless process (Supervisory Dentist, Administrative Assistant, and Clinic Assistant). This overall supervision/oversight includes student records (60-currently enrolled, 138 [new, transfer, readmit]), 13-faculty records, 3-staffrecords, multiple vendor records, and financial maintenance for 8-departmental accounts including the onsite dental hygiene clinic. This position will be involved with all university platforms (Banner, SciQuest, PeopleAdrnin, Compliance Assist, SPOL , SharePoint and Degree Works), Microsoft Suite, outside platforms include Ascend Academic (clinic patient management).Minimum QualificationsHS graduate or equivalent with at least one year of college. A minimum of three years of general office experience to include at least one year working for manager level and/or above. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
