THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.SOFT's client, located in Edison, NJ (hybrid) is looking for a Training Developer for a long term contract assignment.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps, assess client requirements, and recommend solutionsApply adult learning strategies and theoryCreate eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support toolsPartner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences.Required ExperienceDemonstrated experience in designing training for adult learnersSkills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools and LMS platformsAbility to work autonomouslyPreferred SkillsAbility to absorb complex information and convert into clear objectivesExperience with scenario-based and authentic learningStrong to great listener and collaborative problem-solver
