Job Description About usDoc's Construction is a growing multi-family reconstruction company working in the greater Denver, CO area hiring a Construction Superintendent to manage on-site implementation and customer relationships. We are looking for someone who likes a collaborative and tight-knit environment.Our work environment includes:On-the-job trainingSafe work environmentResponsibilities:- Oversee and manage multi-family reconstruction projects on-site from start to finish- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and data entry into Buildertrend software- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding project status and progressRequirements:- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices- Bilingual is a plus- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of construction workersJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceExperience:construction supervision: 2 years (Required)framing: 2 years (Required)multi-family construction exerience a plusreconstruction a plusAbility to Commute:Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 (Required)Ability to Relocate:Wheat Ridge, CO 80033: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
