Our expansive trajectory has been rapid, and we continue to experience explosive growth, thanks to our dedication to high quality work.Job Summary (Day-in-the-Life)Distinctive Kitchens and Baths is currently seeking a Production Technician to join the team. This role is responsible for supporting the production process through the assembly of cabinets and related components, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.On a daily basis, the Production Technician will load cabinet parts onto production lines, assemble cabinets and hardware, inspect finished products for quality standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. This role also supports machining and production teams as needed and contributes to meeting production deadlines and overall operational efficiency.Success in this role means consistently producing high-quality cabinet products, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals are met.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLoad cabinet parts onto production lines for assemblyAssemble cabinet components and hardware as requiredInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metCommunicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to support production efficiency and deadlinesAssist in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials as requiredMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and production floorAssist machining department when neededFollow all company health and safety standards and proceduresOther duties as assignedEducation, Experience & QualificationsRequired QualificationsLegal authorization to work in the United StatesAbility to perform physical labor in a warehouse/manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently with minimal supervisionAbility to work effectively as part of a teamFlexibility to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as requiredAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift, carry, and move up to 60 lbsPreferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with production equipment and machinery (a plus, not required)Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or construction environmentsExperience in production or cabinet operations is helpful but not required.
