2nd shift Prototype Weld Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Prototype Weld Supervisor to lead our 2nd Shift welding and fabrication team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll supervise a small team while actively participating in the fabrication and welding of prototype components for automotive, defense, and other advanced manufacturing programs. Responsibilities: As the Prototype Weld Supervisor, you'll lead daily shop operations while ensuring prototype weldments are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
