You will be required to drive large vehicles such as cargo van and 26ft truck. Depending on the job, you will be working by yourself or with other employees and subcontractors. When working with subcontractors you will need to manage and train them to meet the service we provide. Travel expected once or twice a month.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Manage all aspects of customer service and operations, such as:Managing and training subcontractorsDriving cargo vans and trucksHandle customer service function in a manner that presents the company in the highest possible imageOn site moving and warehouse job (packing, unpacking, carrying boxes and furniture's, palletizing at warehouse)Ensures compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelinesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Strong communication skills in JapaneseHigh school diplomaBasic writing and reading in English, basic mathematicsClass C driver licenseAble to lift up to 55lbsProven ability to work collaboratively with othersAbility to multi task and manage time effectivelyUnderstanding Asian culture
