Physical Therapist Location: Pahala, HI Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,991 to $2,186 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 20 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title KAU- REHAB PT - ACUTE / Inpatient City/State: Pahala, Hawaii Shift: Variable - Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sun-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm Start Date: 04/13/2026 Job Description: This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE Inpatient experience. Primary coverage in ACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNF Rehab. To evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients; plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist and provide consulting physical therapist services. Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations. Responsibilities: Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients. Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program. Requirements: Minimum 6 months work experience in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, rehab hosp., SNF. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS. Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer.
