WHAT YOU'LL DO • Manage and service a book of clients — individuals and businesses — across auto, home, commercial property, liability, and more • Serve as the go-to contact for clients: questions, policy changes, claims guidance, and making sure they feel taken care of • Review coverage and proactively identify gaps or improvements • Prepare quotes, renewals, and proposals using agency systems• Process endorsements, cancellations, and policy updates accurately and on time • Collaborate with producers and senior teammates on new business • Maintain clean, organized account files in the agency management system WHO THEY'RE LOOKING FOR No prior insurance knowledge expected — just someone who learns fast and cares about doing good work. Required: • Bachelor's degree in any field (business, finance, communications, or anything else) • Strong communicator — confident on the phone, clear in writing • Organized and detail-oriented: nothing falls through the cracks • Analytical and curious: someone who likes figuring things out • Willing to obtain a Utah P&C license — all costs covered Nice to have: • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a client-facing role • Active Utah P&C license YOUR PATH FORWARD This agency is not filling a seat — it's investing in a career.
