Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, based in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting real property, conducting property tours, preparing contracts, and staying informed about market trends. The Real Estate Agent will also provide exceptional customer service, maintain client relationships, and work closely with other team members to meet sales goals and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Active Real Estate License with a strong understanding of local and state regulationsExpertise in real estate and real property transactionsStrong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectivelyCustomer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationshipsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with real estate software and tools is a plusSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
