Job Title: Industrial Engineering Analytics Engineer (Manufacturing Systems & Modeling) Positions: 1 is in Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite), 2nd one is in North Reading, MA (Onsite) Client: Amazon/Virtusa Key Skills: Greenfield or brownfield project experience Development of Power BI dashboards for Capacity Planning, Labor Management, Material Flow, PFEP, and Cost Analysis. Strong expertise in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Yield Analysis, and Bottleneck Forecasting. Capacity Planning and resource optimization. CAPEX Planning and investment justification. Experience in Fixture and Tool Design. Line Balancing and productivity improvement initiatives. Creation and maintenance of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs). PFEP (Plan for Every Part) development and management. Factory/Layout Design and Optimization for improved operational efficiency. Capacity Expansion Planning for new products and production growth. Line Utilization Analysis and performance monitoring. Effective collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering.
