The Entity You Will JoinThe BU Energies division includes two main activities:
The T&D activity, under the Bouygues Energies & Services brand, specializes in the transport and distribution of electricity (aerial lines, high-tension stations, underground connections, special foundations, and T&D services).
The photovoltaic and battery storage activity under the Equans Solar & Storage brand, the unique partner for integrated, high-performance, and large-scale solutions for solar and storage projects in France and internationally.
Your Challenge With UsTogether with the recruitment cell manager, you will manage international recruitments for senior positions, while contributing to the deployment of the recruitment policy and employer brand, including:
Source and attract the best profiles.
Propose a smooth and attractive candidate journey.
Recruit with innovative methods in line with our company values.
After an integration and training period, your main missions will be:
Work closely with operational managers to define needs.
Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
Monitor recruitment follow-up dashboards, indicators, and results.
Participate in cross-functional projects.
The Talent We Are Looking ForWith a higher education in HR, you have at least 5 years of successful recruitment experience (in a recruitment agency or company), demonstrating your ability to identify and approach ideal profiles, preferably in the energy sector.
You excel in sourcing and implementing targeted approaches to attract scarce talents.
You also have confirmed international recruitment experience and professional English.
