Brief DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Route-Based Cleaning Services Travel between assigned sites using a personal vehicle to complete scheduled janitorial services. Perform industry-standard cleaning tasks including trashing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. Complete restroom and shower cleaning, daily carpet spotting, and general upkeep. Specialized Detail Cleaninga. Clean furniture, glass, and exterior areas as assigned. Ensure all cleaning meets Relay and client quality standards. Tools and Equipment Maintenancea. Ensure all assigned tools and equipment are in safe working condition. Maintain organized and secure storage for tools and cleaning supplies. Demonstrate working knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment. Safety and Compliancea. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment at all assigned locations. Follow emergency procedures including fire alarms and evacuation protocols. Understand and apply fire prevention and incident reporting procedures.
