Perform industry-standard cleaning tasks including trashing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. Complete restroom and shower cleaning, daily carpet spotting, and general upkeep. Specialized Detail Cleaninga. Clean furniture, glass, and exterior areas as assigned. Ensure all cleaning meets Relay and client quality standards. Tools and Equipment Maintenancea. Ensure all assigned tools and equipment are in safe working condition. Maintain organized and secure storage for tools and cleaning supplies. Demonstrate working knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment. Safety and Compliancea. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment at all assigned locations. Follow emergency procedures including fire alarms and evacuation protocols. Understand and apply fire prevention and incident reporting procedures. Other Duties as Assigned Support team operations and additional cleaning assignments as needed.Minimum Qualifications 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience preferred Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required Ability to use personal vehicle for work-related travel and regularly track mileage Ability to meet scheduling requirements, including regularly scheduled shifts across multiple sites Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and time management skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience working in route-based janitorial roles Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals Experience working independently across multiple job sites.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesJanitorial cleaning standards and safety practicesSkillsTime management, organization, and reliabilityAbilitiesAbility to work independently, travel between sites, and maintain consistent service qualitySCOPE & ACCOUNTABILITYPerforms duties independently across multiple job sites with accountability for route completion and service quality.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYAbility to work with moderate supervision and some independent decision making.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work performed across multiple indoor and outdoor client locations Frequent driving between job sites Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Moderate noise levels depending on locationRequirementsWhy you’re a great fitWe know that experience is gathered in many ways.
