Online Parts Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Parts Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the digital sales channel for parts and accessories, overseeing the entire order lifecycle-from customer inquiry to final delivery-while maintaining accurate inventory levels in the company's e-commerce platform and warehouse management systems (WMS). This role bridges sales, logistics, and inventory control to maximize profitability and ensure stock availability. Fulfillment of SalesOrder Processing: Manage, process, and track incoming e-commerce orders (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, or proprietary systems) efficiently.Customer Communication: Respond promptly to online queries regarding parts, providing technical support, compatibility advice, and accurate pricing quotes via email or phone.Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate with shipping carriers, prepare parts for shipment, and track packages to ensure on-time delivery.Returns & Warranty: Handle returns, defective parts, and warranty claims, ensuring they are documented and processed for credit with vendors.Sales Optimization: Actively suggest additional related products to customers and assist in promotional campaigns to meet sales targets. Maintenance of InventoryStock Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels in real-time, performing physical inventory counts (cycle counts) and updating product availability across all online platforms.Procurement: Identify low-stock items, manage backorders, and place orders with suppliers/vendors to maintain necessary inventory levels.Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in digital product files, including images, descriptions, part numbers, and pricing data.Organization: Organize the parts inventory area for efficient picking and packing, ensuring a clean and safe storage environment. RequirementsQualifications & Required SkillsExperience: 2-3 years of experience in parts sales, e-commerce, or industrial customer service, often with previous experience in an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Epicor).Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.Product Knowledge: Understanding of automotive, technical, or specific machinery parts.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and supplier relationships.Attention to Detail: High accuracy in order processing and data entry.Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree or technical training preferred.
