Administrative Assistant
About the Role:JSL Partners, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support both our office and warehouse operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities by providing clerical and administrative support across various departments.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and direct them as appropriateManage schedules, meetings, and communications for managementProcure and send product samples and other packagesCreate work tickets/POPs in advance of production needsMonitor the production calendar and coordinate schedules with Repack teamsAllocate jobs and determine optimal pallet layouts for production/shippingPrint and distribute appropriate product labelingGenerate pick lists for staging repack workOrganize production jobs to ensure clarity and efficiencyNotify inventory personnel of any shortages or outagesCoordinate internal employee and retail salesFile paperwork accurately and promptlyMaintain inventory of office suppliesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in Repack as neededRequired Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyBenefits:Health insuranceDental and vision insuranceLife insuranceRetirement planHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time Off (PTO)Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Salt Lake City, UT.How to Apply: Please apply directly through Indeed.
