Job Description: Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service with clear, professional communication.Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential settings.Ensure all work is completed to code, company standards, and customer satisfaction.Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and recommend effective solutions.Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.Mentor and support apprentices, helping develop their skills in the field.Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and successfully.Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
