Head of Machine Learning & AutonomyWe are seeking a Head of Machine Learning & Autonomy to lead development of next-generation AI and autonomous systems powering large-scale warehouse robotics operations. This leader will drive strategy, architecture, and execution across machine learning, perception, robotics autonomy, and intelligent fleet orchestration.The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI and robotics with proven leadership experience scaling high-performing engineering organizations within fast-paced automation environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead machine learning and autonomy strategy across robotic warehouse platforms.Oversee development of perception, navigation, planning, controls, and fleet optimization systems.Drive deployment of scalable AI models for real-world robotic operations and decision-making.Partner cross-functionally across robotics, software, systems, hardware, and operations teams.Build and mentor high-performing ML and autonomy engineering teams.Establish technical roadmaps, development processes, and performance metrics aligned to operational goals.Preferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in machine learning, robotics, autonomy, or AI systems.Strong background in:Robotics autonomyComputer vision and perceptionMotion planning and controlsReinforcement learning or fleet optimizationPython/C++ and production ML systemsExperience scaling AI and robotics platforms within warehouse automation, logistics, autonomous systems, or industrial robotics environments.Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary technical teams and large-scale deployments.Ideal ProfileStrategic and execution-oriented technical leader.Passion for solving complex real-world automation challenges.Strong systems-level thinking with a product and operational mindset.
