We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team for the Nashua branch!

You will be successful if
You have 3+ years in Customer Service and Sales working with Mechanical / Industrial equipment.
You possess knowledge of Automotive or Industrial market segments. Mechanical knowledge or ability preferred.
You have inside sales experience within a wholesale (not retail) business preferred.
You can demonstrate excellent organizational skills, be an assertive team player with problem solving skills, possess a positive Can-Do attitude, be self-motivated and have strong work ethics.
You can show good verbal and written communication skills.
You are computer literate and efficient in MS office products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively manage service agreements.
Schedule appointments with customers.
Dispatching service technicians on service calls.
Maintain up-to-date information in the computer system.
Regular follow-up of open service workorders to be scheduled.
Provide excellent customer service.
Promote the products and services of the company, i.e. Service Plans.
