With a global presence of over 50,000 associates in 24 countries, the company supports large-scale operations impacting millions of people.About the Opportunity:The INFORMATICA DEVELOPER will design, build, and maintain secure and scalable Informatica-based EDI solutions within healthcare platforms. This role is responsible for transforming business requirements into technical designs and developing Informatica PowerCenter and B2B Data Transformation workflows that support healthcare data transactions. The position contributes by enabling reliable and efficient data integration services that support critical healthcare information exchanges.Responsibilities:Design, develop, document, test, and debug Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows, sessions, and B2B Data Transformation applications.Translate business requirements into technical design specifications and EDI X12 Healthcare solutions.Communicate technical processes using flowcharts, data flow diagrams, and mapping documents.Serve as a technical expert on Informatica PowerCenter, B2B Data Transformation, Oracle PL/SQL, and Linux development.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.Create technical specifications from conceptual designs and business requirements.Engage in code reviews and software design meetings.Consult with end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs.Operate with minimal supervision, making independent technical judgments.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.8 to 10 years of experience with Informatica Platform, including PowerCenter and B2B Data Transformation.Expertise in PowerCenter development, EDI X12 Healthcare standards, and Informatica best practices.Deep knowledge of mappings, workflows, sessions, and reusable components.Strong technical, analytical, ETL, and data modeling skills.Understanding of reusability, parameterization, and workflow design.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Informatica B2B Data Exchange.Familiarity with Managed File Transfer (MFT).Knowledge of Kafka, Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, and UNIX shell scripting.HL7 and NCPDP experience is a plus.Pay Range and Compensation Package:The estimated salary range for this role is $80,080 to $104,000.Eligibility for bonus or incentive based on business need.Benefits include health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.Benefits & Perks:Health and welfare benefits effective from day one.Retirement savings programs.Employee discounts on merchandise, services, and travel.Paid training through award-winning learning platforms.Paid time off packages.Flexible remote work arrangement.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
