Soldering Technician

SoldererPay Range: $20.00-$25.00 an hour depending on Experience.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Solderer to join our electronics manufacturing team.The Solderer is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuitboards (PCBs) and other electronic assemblies according to specifications and quality standards.This role plays a critical part in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our products.Key Responsibilities:- Perform hand soldering of electronic components including through-hole and surface-mount (SMT)parts using soldering irons and other toolsRead and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructionsInspect solder joints and assemblies for quality and compliance using visual inspection andmagnification toolsRework or repair defective assemblies as neededMaintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocolsOperate reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, and other related equipment as necessaryCollaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve issuesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plusPrevious soldering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferredFamiliarity with IPC-A-610 soldering standards is highly desirableStrong hand-eye coordination and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Powered by JazzHR
