Category Manager

We currently have multiple IT Strategic Sourcing and IT Category Management opportunities available, requiring various levels of experience, to oversee procurement activities, manage vendor relationships, and support purchasing strategies that align with business objectives.What You'll DoDevelop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead strategic sourcing events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract discussions.Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement needs and recommend sourcing solutions.Conduct market research, spend analysis, and supplier assessments to support sourcing decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing activities meet risk, compliance, and business requirements.Support supplier performance management and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.Contribute to procurement process improvements and other strategic initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience.Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry is preferred.Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead sourcing initiatives independently.
