Raw Material Handler/Repack Operator

Job Description Description:Key Duties / Responsibilities include, but are not limited toPerform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations and sorting.Sort, weigh, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications.Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.Monitor the production line, watching for problems and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Management.Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation and replenish packaging supplies.Sampling of all raw and re-packed materialsAllocation of materials and disposal of final products for the repack departmentMove product and inventory using a forklift and bin system.Following all HSE and Quality SOPs and or Work Instructions in accordance with any ISO 9001 and or Internal Company policies that are related requirements within the production & warehouse facility.Observing proper utilization of equipment to ensure completion of operation and possibly perform minor maintenance procedures.Report any issues to Management.Document warehouse operations and their respective details such as: product tracking in each phase of the process, received, staged, shipped etc.Housekeeping in the warehouse and around the plantExecute special tasks following the instructions of his or her manager.Required qualificationsExperience dealing with ChemicalsMinimum High School degree or GED,  AA Process Technology or related degree preferredStable chemical or manufacturing employment history.Meet employment requirements for background checks and drug testingMust be able to work both nights and daysCompany DescriptionProSource Staffing is a professional staffing agency dedicated to connecting qualified candidates with companies in need of reliable talent.
