You’ll join a collaborative, future-focused team that values initiative, creativity, and continuous learning.What You'll DoLead and manage diverse, challenging tax projects for a variety of partnership clientsReview and sign off on tax returns, offering expert guidance on complex issues relating to partnershipsBe the go-to for clients: answer their questions, anticipate needs, and clarify engagement termsMentor and coach managers, supervisors, and senior accountants—help them shine and growKeep projects on track by monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality, while building strong client relationshipsTroubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure every phase runs smoothlyOversee the entire process—right through to final delivery—making sure client instructions are metGather feedback and continuously improve the client experienceHelp grow the business: develop relationships that lead to new opportunitiesCollaborate across departments to deliver seamless serviceSeek out ways to drive the firm forward and contribute to its ongoing successEmbrace and represent our firm’s values and philosophy in everything you doRequirementsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or higher in accountingCPA certification8-10 years of public accounting experience (partnership taxation preferred)Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as a Manager or equivalent leadership roleProven ability to run client engagements and supervise teamsCurrent member of AICPA and NCACPATech-savvy: proficient with accounting and audit software (and always ready to learn more!)Up-to-date on CPE requirements, especially those related to leadership and communicationStrong organizational skills, a knack for time management, and exceptional client service mindsetSelf-starter who brings fresh ideas and isn’t afraid to innovateValid driver’s license and solid driving recordPhysical & Practical DetailsComfortable with keyboarding (5-7 hours/day)Willing to travel as needed for client engagements or team eventsStep into a role where your expertise is truly valued, your impact is immediate, and your career growth is real.
