Major Duties & Responsibilities: Strong communication and listening skills to accurately take customers' food & drink orders Can interpret guest's desires and provide recommendations Have a detailed knowledge of menu items Work closely with management to create a pleasant dining experience Enjoys providing great hospitality Qualifications: Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence Positive attitude and friendly demeanor 2+ years' Server experience preferred Attention to cleanliness and safety Open availability including nights and weekends Knowledge of a second language is a plus
