EMEA Data & Digital Program Manager

Overview In this role you will design and deploy intelligent data solutions to transform how the EMEA DCCD team plans, monitors, and delivers hyperscale data center capacity. You will work with Construction Managers and program leaders to provide real-time visibility into cost, schedule, quality, and risk, turning raw data into actionable insights. You will be the data and AI engine behind project controls, enabling faster, smarter delivery decisions. This position combines data engineering, BI, and AI in a high-impact, cross-functional environment. You will guide analytics that scale across AWS’s global construction portfolio and partner with regional and global teams. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting across cost, schedule, quality, and safety for the EMEA DCCD portfolioBuild BI solutions using QuickSight, Power BI, or equivalent tools tailored to Construction Managers and leadershipDevelop leading indicators and KPI frameworks for proactive risk identification and data-driven decisionsAct as liaison between Business & Project Controls and technical data teams to align reporting with business objectivesProduce programme-level performance reports consolidating data from multiple projects and clustersBuild and maintain robust ETL pipelines ingesting data from Procore, BIM 360, Smartsheet, and internal AWS systemsDesign data models and warehousing to support automated reporting and longitudinal trend analysisDevelop data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB) for scalable analyticsArchitect and deploy AI-powered applications using Bedrock, LLMs, and GenAI to automate project controls processesCreate and operationalise ML models extracting insights from unstructured documentation and enable intelligent search and anomaly detectionIntegrate AI capabilities with construction platforms to automate workflows and improve data qualitySupport data consolidation and analysis across EMEA clusters to produce accurate scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk reportsIdentify reporting gaps and design intelligent automations to reduce LOE Key requirementsExperience in technical product or program managementExperience designing system-level technical solutionsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related STEM fieldsSQL proficiency with large-scale datasetsExperience with BI/reporting tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)Experience building data pipelines or automated ETL processesExperience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS)Experience communicating complex information to senior stakeholders5+ years in BI, data engineering, or data science with production-grade reportingProficiency in Python for data processing and ML model developmentExperience with construction tech platforms (Procore, BIM 360, Smartsheet)clear written and verbal communicationstakeholder influence and presentation to senior leadershipcross-functional collaborationSQLPythonAWS services: S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB
