Hematology and Oncology Locums Physician - North Carolina Work just outside Greensboro, North Carolina in a Hematology and Oncology setting with flexible blocks and no call. Highlights Credentialing support; start in 60-90 days Adults only; ambulatory focus Bread and butter hematology/oncology cases Practice Setting Mix of inpatient and outpatient coverage Team includes physicians, APPs, infusion specialists, nurses, pharmacy, navigator, and admin support Facility uses Epic (assessment required before start) Schedule Regular hours with overtime paid at 1.5x Holiday pay available Dates still available in early 2026 Cases and Procedures Ambulatory Hem/Onc clinic: follow-ups, new patient visits, orders, prescriptions Focus on benign hematology Oncology care optional (board cert required for those cases) Requirements Board certified in Hematology or Oncology (both preferred) North Carolina license required (IMLC not accepted) BLS and DEA required Travel Accommodations Flight, lodging, and rental car covered Let us know if you'd like to hear more or check your availability against the open blocks.
