Job Purpose:* The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients during Shift 1. The role is integral to supporting the healthcare team by assisting with patient care activities, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment, and promoting the overall well-being of patients.Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding.Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control policies.Support patients' mental and emotional needs by engaging in therapeutic communication and activities.Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with the center's policies.Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.Assist in the transportation of patients within the facility as needed.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
