This is a field-based, traveling role requiring hands-on construction experience, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to work on active job sites across multiple states. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in confined spaces, working with specialized rehabilitation materials, and traveling on a 10 days on / 4 days off schedule.What You'll DoPerform manhole rehabilitation using methods such as cementitious lining, epoxy coatings, and spin castingAssist with surface preparation, cleaning, and material application inside manholesOperate and support equipment used in manhole rehab and coating systemsDrive and transport equipment and materials to job sites using CDL-A vehiclesWork in confined spaces while following all OSHA and safety regulationsInspect structures and identify areas requiring repair or reinforcementMaintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operationAccurately document work performed, materials used, and job progressCollaborate with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on time and within scope Required QualificationsExperience in manhole rehabilitation, underground utilities, construction, or related fieldValid CDL-A license (required)Ability to travel frequently (FL to NC and surrounding areas)Comfort working in confined spaces and physically demanding environmentsMechanical aptitude and ability to operate field equipmentStrong commitment to safety and adherence to regulationsAbility to work a 10 days on / 4 days off scheduleWork ScheduleFull-time, field-based roleTravel required across multiple job sites (FL to NC region)Schedule: 10 days on, 4 days offPerks of the JobCompetitive pay and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCompany vehicle and travel supportOpportunities for professional growth and specialized trainingStable work in a recession-resistant industrySupportive team environment with opportunities for advancementEqual Opportunity Employer
