Sr. Technical Program Manager, Managed Operations

Overview In this role you lead capacity management for the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC) initiative within AWS UC, aligning with engineering and product teams to deliver high-availability services for EU customers. You’ll shape programs across cross-functional teams, manage resources and schedules, and navigate risks and tradeoffs to maximize business impact. The role combines technical program management with close collaboration to build scalable, trusted cloud capabilities.
