Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Associate, based in St. Louis, MO. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, processing policy changes, handling claims, and supporting the sales process. The associate will also maintain accurate documentation, communicate with clients and insurance providers, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills, including maintaining a professional and friendly demeanorSales and Relationship Building skills with an ability to identify client needs and recommend relevant productsOrganizational and Administrative skills, including attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processingProficiency in Computer Literacy and Software such as CRM tools, data entry systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteProblem-Solving and Decision-Making capabilities to address client concerns effectivelyKnowledge of insurance products and the ability to explain policy information clearly is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance is a plus
