Black Belt certification (optional) with a focus on machining centers maintenance operations, reliability data analytics (Statistical Data Analysis / Llumin maintenance data / Power BI) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities. Experience in manufacturing operations, RCCA on maintenance repairs. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards. Improve machine availability & OEE through loss analysis & corrective actions. Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement. Manage critical spares and obsolescence strategy. Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent fixes. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial) Minimum 10 years of experience REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: CNC machining Centers & misc. assets maintenance operation experience Statistical & reliability data analytics, & root cause analysis Microsoft O365 / Power BI Black Belt certified Llumin CMMS+ Project Management, New Capital Introduction (NCI) Hands-on CNC experience, including machine setup Operation / Programming / Coaching We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and global team.
