Each intern is assigned a capstone project tied to real business priorities and works closely with experienced leaders, high-potential mentors, and cross-functional teams.This program is intentionally designed to:Deliver measurable business impactProvide exposure to industrial manufacturing and safety solutionsDevelop professional and leadership skillsCreate a pipeline into future full-time and leadership development opportunities at Justrite Safety GroupTop-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or future leadership development programs upon graduation.Position SummaryThe Finance Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs.
