The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, with a focus on orthopedic pre-and post-operative care.ResponsibilitiesMonitor patient vital signs and manage medication administration. Provide care for patients undergoing orthopedic surgeries and manage post-operative recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes. Observe and interpret patient conditions, reporting any significant changes. Assist in wound care, catheter management, and IV therapy. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in an orthopedic or medical-surgical unit. Current BLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and CPI certifications (pending CPI is acceptable). Proficiency in electronic charting systems, particularly Epic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 1:6. Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
