BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking a Drywall Taper to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota. Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN. BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

Wage:
Starting at $22 hourly depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Installation, finishing, and sanding of drywall to prepare for painting
Tape drywall seams
Mix and apply mud to taped drywall seams
Clean and maintain equipment
Light Carpentry work
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in using hand tools, such as saws, sanders, drills and hammer
Ability to show initiative around the project and corporate goals such as:
Willingness to learn and change existing processes
Undertake self-development activities
Take responsibilities for project problems
Sharing of project success
Looks for, and takes advantage of, project opportunities for betterment that do not sacrifice ethical standards

Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
Competently utilize various tools and equipment to ensure project quality, performance, and cleanliness
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
A strong moral compass (as best represented by our Core Values)
Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience within drywall
