Position Summary Professional Summary: Design, Develop & Prototype Android customer application for phone and tablets for internal and external use.Position Summary Looking for A senior Android developer who has expertise in app development using Kotlin on android platform. Requires 5-7 years of experience.Responsibilities: • Design, Develop & Prototype Android customer applications for Mobile phone and tablets for internal and external use. • Participate in full app life-cycle: develop automation scripts, test and release to app store. • Work with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes and estimate. • Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms. • Drive a best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools. • Write and maintain documentation for all features in development. • Collaborating with the design team to define app features. • Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications. • Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks. • Fixing application bugs before the final release. • Publishing application on App Store. • Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.Primary Skill- Android with KotlinRequired Qualifications • Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering. • 5+ years of experience on Android Platforms - Development using Kotlin and/or Java. • Mobile Test Automation with Appium is good to have - Android and IOS platform • Designing and building native mobile applications on Android platform. • Must have development experience in Core Java & Knowledge of C-based libraries. • Proficient in Kotlin, Web Services, Rest Services, Core Java, CSS, HTML, Java Script, XML • Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket. • Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, usage of Camera APIs, etc. • Fixing application bugs before the final release. • Publishing application on App Store. • Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.Desired Qualifications • Experience with continuous integration & Unit tests. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
