Care Coordinator – Birth to Three ProgramFull-Time | Hybrid | Waukesha, WILutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to join our Birth to Three Program, a federally mandated Early Intervention program supporting children ages 0–3 with developmental delays or disabilities and their families.This role focuses on strengthening families, enhancing child development, and coordinating services using a family-centered, trauma-informed approach. This is a full time, benefit eligible role working Mondays-Fridays from 8am-4/4:30pm.
