Commercial Counsel (Contract)
To support a high-volume sales organization, the full-time Commercial Counsel (Contract) will review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, focusing on SaaS and sales-side contracting in a remote capacity for a 12-month duration.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, and sales agreements
Partner closely with sales and business stakeholders to support revenue-generating transactions
Provide day-to-day legal guidance on commercial contracting matters
Required Qualifications
3-7+ years of commercial contracting experience
Strong experience supporting SaaS or technology companies
Experience negotiating sales-side commercial agreements
Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Experience working within Salesforce or similar contract workflow systems preferred
