Backed by innovative, cruelty-free, and high-performance formulas, our mission is to bring salon-quality results to both DIY enthusiasts and professional artists nationwide.The Role:We are looking for a strategic and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead our offline expansion in the United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building our physical presence from the ground up. You will leverage your network and negotiation skills to secure partnerships with major retail chains and professional salon networks, successfully launching our dual-track product strategy: a DIY series tailored for mass retail and a Pro-grade line designed specifically for professional salons.Key Responsibilities:Retail Expansion: Identify, pitch, and secure listing agreements with major US retail channels, including big-box stores, drugstores, and specialty beauty retailers.Salon Network Development: Build and manage relationships with professional salon chains, distributors, and beauty supply networks to penetrate the Pro-market.Strategic Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, managing terms related to pricing, slotting fees, marketing support, and supply chain logistics.Product Positioning: Collaborate with internal teams to tailor go-to-market strategies for both DIY consumer products and professional-grade (Pro) lines, ensuring maximum sell-through.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and retailer performance to provide actionable insights for continuous growth.Qualifications:5+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in the US Beauty, Cosmetics, or Personal Care industry.Proven track record of successfully opening doors to major US retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, CVS, Ulta) and/or professional salon networks.Strong understanding of the US nail care market, with the ability to differentiate between mass-market DIY trends and professional salon needs.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and retail buyers.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "0 to 1" expansion environment.What We Offer:The opportunity to lead the US offline expansion for a global beauty brand.Competitive compensation package (Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus).A dynamic, collaborative, and innovative work culture.If you are passionate about the beauty industry and ready to drive market expansion, we want to hear from you!
