What You'll DoComplete service requests efficiently and professionallyPerform apartment make-readies and punch workMaintain apartment grounds and common areasHandle general plumbing and electrical repairsKeep the maintenance shop organizedParticipate in emergency on-call rotationCommunicate clearly with residents, vendors, and team members-even under pressure Schedule & RequirementsMonday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PMShared on-call rotation and some weekend requirementsMinimum of two years of apartment maintenance experienceHVAC and CPO certifications are a plus, but not required Why Pedcor Homes?
