Lead DevOps Engineer (Infra+Venerability)

Title: DevOps Engineer-Lead(Infra) (10+ years) -1Tile: DevOps Engineer(Infra+Vunerability) (8+ years) -1Location: PiscatAway, NJPosition type: W2 contract.Ps: Tech + DevOps Lead ( 8+ yrs In DevOps , 3-4 years as hands on lead Overall 10+ Yrs exp needed)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical oversight for High and Critical vulnerability remediation efforts as per agreed upon milestones.Review remediation plans and ensure alignment with security and operational requirements.Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex remediation challenges.Provide oversight to patching, configuration hardening activitiesIntegrate vulnerability management tools with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.Improve remediation efficiency through scripting and automation.Work closely with Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Database Teams, Application Support Teams etc..Review remediation exceptions and risk acceptance requests.Present technical status updates to leadership and customer stakeholdersEscalate critical risks and remediation challenges.Develop dashboards and reports showing risk reduction progress.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering experience.3+ years leading vulnerability remediation initiatives.Strong experience across: Windows and Linux Servers, Cloud Platforms (AWS), Vulnerability Management Platforms, and Automation/ScriptingCloud or security certifications preferred
