Security Program Manager

DescriptionRemoteOur client seeks a Security Program Manager who will govern and mobilize two programs within security operations. The role will define charters, objectives, KPIs and KRIs, and roadmaps aligned to security strategy, establish governance, align stakeholders across Security and IT, manage integrated plans, budgets, resources, and vendors, and deliver executive reporting and narratives for leadership forums.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2ResponsibilitiesDefine program charters, objectives, success metrics (KPIs/KRIs), and roadmaps aligned to security strategy.Establish and manage governance structures including steering committees, working groups, and escalation paths.Identify and align stakeholders across teams including Security (ISRM) and IT.Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies.Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor contracts where applicable.Deliver executive reporting on status, risks, and value realization.Support development of executive-ready narratives for Investment Committee and leadership forums.Experience RequirementsTechnical program manager with experience managing technical projects.Understanding of cybersecurity principlesExperience coordinating resources across multiple geographies.Background leading high-profile, high-pressure programs.Education Requirements
