NORTHERN NEW YORK FAMILY PRACTICE Community Health Center of Northern NY is seeking a B/e B/c Family Practice Physician who is looking for a 100% employed Outpatient opportunity. ? Hours are : 5 8 hour shifts within the posted facility hours- Monday & Friday 7Am to 5 Pm , Tuesday -Thursday 7Am to 7Pm NO -Call Benefit time includes up to four weeks of vacation and four personal days , Plus two weeks of sick time and nine paid holidays . CE allowance for travel/fees up to $5,000 annually Reimbursement for licensing and certification fees Compensation Base salary is $ 260,000 to $300,000 Sign on Bonus Incentives, Benefits Malpractice Community This city is located in Northern Ny and is an attractive college town with a historic business center, two golf courses , lovely parks and vibrant culture.
