Inside Sales Associate II

You will be assigned your own book of existing customer accounts and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with ADI. Job Duties Drive business growth by closing sales Identify possible improvement opportunities Understand products, systems, and procedures Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Responsible for keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis Maintain existing customers Manage sales cycle Provide excellent customer support Raise escalations Work with larger sales organizations Provide support to other duties as assigned We Value Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality Strong work ethic, doing what it takes to get the job done while maintaining high business ethical standards Sales experience in the distribution or retail/telecom industries Industry knowledge: CCTV, IP, AV technologies, security, fire Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities Goal oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Positive can-do attitude Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Successful track record in exceeding sales targets Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and desire to sell/upsell What's In It For You Hybrid position – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission Product and leadership mentoring to ensure you are set up for success Benefits – Day 1: comprehensive medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) plan with up to 7% company match; paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays Resideo is an equal opportunity employer.
